We aim to dispatch all orders placed online or via telephone before 2pm on the same day. After your order is dispatched, normal delivery time is between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday within next 2-3 working days except some areas in Scotland and other regions. However, if you have special delivery requirements there may be some additional charges, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to arrange it for you.

If the item is delivered damaged, you must sign for it as damaged goods and notify us within 24 hours or we can not make a claim for missing goods or parts and we can not replace them free of charge.

Tracking your item

When you place an order online you will see a confirmation screen giving you an order number. Please make a note of this number for your records.

Within a few minutes of placing your order you will automatically be sent an email from Protx confirming whether your order has been processed successfully or not.
