It's made of 100% waterproof material and coated silver layer to protect the UV from the sun shine.

From the photos you can see that there are 2 heavy duty clip-fastening straps underneath the cover near the front wheels and the back wheels to stop the cover blowing off on a windy day. These 2 straps are from the left to the right.

It also comes with a nice strong storage bag for easy storage.
